Our Nutrition Plan:

Different nutrition plans work for different individuals. For us we have discovered the best nutritional plan for us is as follows.

Our plan is to eat a high protein low carbohydrate. It includes lean beef, fish, lean pork, and eggs for protein. It also contains fresh salads and vegetables. We eat organic foods when we can.

If we fall off the horse and have a bad nutrition day we just get back on the horse the next day and get back into our plan!

Also we take supplements daily as part of our nutrition plan.
